Hack the Planet: Deck Diving 12: RepliExile (ok, it’s not as catchy as RepliKate. Sue me)

Don’t stay put.

Hello, and welcome to another Deck Diving. Today I’ve built a Replicator deck out of Exile, because I’m weird. Rather than take the usual Atman plan I’m using a full suite of breakers. The plan is to switch into the best for the situation as the game unfolds, dropping breakers you no longer need.

On to the deck!

Identity:

Exile: Streethawk (Creation and Control)
Total Cards: (50)

One man’s trash is another man’s card draw.

Event (9)
Freelance Coding Contract (Creation and Control #33) x2 Trash some programs (where you can easily retrieve them) for some cash on hand? deal.
Levy AR Lab Access (Creation and Control #35) x1 Mostly Jinteki meta, but helpful in any long game since a large chunk of your deck is likely to end up in your discard before too long.
Scavenge (Creation and Control #34) x3
Sure Gamble (Core #50) x3

Hardware (22)
Clone Chip (Creation and Control #38) x3 Retrieving used programs is what this deck is for.
Dinosaurus (Cyber Exodus #48) x2 I chose dino for two reasons: 1. It’s cute. B. the 2 strength boost is good for the anarch breakers included, and you can easily switch out which one gets the boost with Scavenge.
Omni-drive (Creation and Control #39) x2 Helps with both your memory issues and credit issues.
Plascrete Carapace (What Lies Ahead #9) x3 Needed meta at the moment. Far too many orbit nuking Weyland decks running around for my tastes.
R&D Interface (Future Proof #107) x3

1 is good. 3 is better.

Replicator (Humanity’s Shadow #88) x3 What makes this a Replicate deck. Get one out then you can quickly start thinning your deck of other hardware, all of which are also good.
The Personal Touch (Core #40) x3 Boost the breaker you need most.
Cyberfeeder (Core #5) x3 ■ A nice economy boost.

Program (15) Most of these breakers are one ofs as you’re attempting to toolbox: get to the breaker that best fits the situation as it develops.
Battering Ram (Core #42) x1
Deus X (A Study in Static #66) x2 stops the nastiest ICE. with clone chip you can break it over and over again.
Gordian Blade (Core #43) x1
Pipeline (Core #46) x1
Self-modifying Code (Creation and Control #46) x2
Snowball (Trace Amount #27) x1
Yog.0 (Core #14) x2 ■
Parasite (Core #12) x2 ■■
Morning Star (What Lies Ahead #4) x1 ■■■■
Femme Fatale (Core #26) x2 ■ Don’t be afraid to trash and restore to change Femme’s target.

So much better than Unprofessional Contacts.

Resource (4)
Kati Jones (Humanity’s Shadow #91) x2
Professional Contacts (Creation and Control #49) x2

There’s the deck. It’s probably not going to do super well at your local Plugged-In event, but for your friendly local game night it should be good for getting into the flow of the Runner and finding the Corp’s weaknesses.

Happy Hacking!
