The Empire at War environment has now come to an end. A more thorough table will be posted later in the forums, but here’s the basics for now:

It’s worth noting that the Empire at War environment is the second in a row to take the title as “most balanced L5R environment ever.” The DT seems to have really hit its game-balance stride for Celestial Edition. This is especially impressive in the face of the conventional wisdom that environments almost always become more unbalanced as more cards are added.

The official winner for the Empire at War meta-game contest will be announced during Episode 020.
